Bên B: người đặt comm
Bằng việc đặt commission từ bên A, bên B đồng ý với TOS sau đây:
1) Nếu bên B đặt comm thương mại, hãy nói rõ.
2) Bên A có quyền public tranh comm có kèm watermark với mục đích promo bản thân.
3) Không nhận comm private
4) Giá cả sẽ không thay đổi kể từ lần chốt đơn cuối cùng.
5) Nếu có DEADLINE bên B cần note rõ.
6) Sau ngày gửi sketch quá 2 ngày không phản hồi, bên A sẽ hủy comm + public profile bên B vào sổ đen.
7) Hạn chế nhận comm deadline < 1 tháng vì lí do chất lượng. Sẽ cộng thêm % ( tổi thiểu 30 %) khi DL < 2 tuần.
8) Comm model Vtuber hoặc des oc trao đổi cụ thể ở ib facebook/ discord/ twitter.
*) Giá sau đây là giá tham khảo, combo chỉ dành cho Model type 1
+) Giá gói base: 4 triệu (gồm: 2 options design 1 model đã tách parts và gồm 3 biểu cảm random)
+) Giá gói nâng cấp: 6 triệu ( gồm: 2 options design 1 model như gói base + tách parts chi tiết + 2 toggles đơn giản tùy chọn )
+) Giá gói cao cấp : 7 triệu 5 ( gồm: 3 options rough design + 2 options details design + 1 model như gói base + tách parts chi tiết + 3 toggles đơn giản tùy chọn + 5 biểu cảm tùy chọn)
9) Xin hãy đưa brief và ref rõ ràng và dễ hiểu nhất có thể
10) Về chính sách hoàn tiền:
+) Chỉ hoàn tiền khi bên A trễ deadline không có thương lượng trước với bên B.
+) Các mức hoàn tiền:
*) Tranh giai đoạn sketch: 50%
*) Tranh giai đoạn sketch màu: 30%
*) Tranh chưa sketch: 100%
+) Các trường hợp còn lại sẽ không được hoàn trả.
11) Bên B cần cọc ít nhất 50% để nhận sketch
12) Mọi sửa đổi trong sản phẩm sau 1 tuần kể từ khi bên B nhận được sản phẩm sẽ bị thêm phí.

Party A: me
Party B: the person who ordered the comm
By placing commission from Party A, Party B agrees to the following TOS:
1) If party B places a commercial comm, please specify.
2) Party A has the right to publicize the commission with a watermark to promote itself.
3) Do not accept private comments
4) The price will not change since the last order closing.
5) If there is a DEADLINE on party B, please note it clearly.
6) After sending the sketch more than 2 days without a response, Party A will cancel the comm + public profile of Party B in the black book.
7) Limit receiving comm deadline < 1 month for quality reasons. Will add % (minimum 30%) when DL < 2 weeks.
8) Comm model Vtuber or design, please contact me via Facebook/ discord/ Twitter dm.
*) The following prices are for reference only, combo is only for Model type 1
+) Base package price: 210 USD (including 1 model R2R and 3 random emotes)
+) Upgrade package price: 260 USD (including 1 model R2R + detailed parts separation + 2 optional simple toggles + 3 chibi stickers)
+) Premium package price: 400 USD (including 1 model R2R + detailed parts separation + 3 optional simple toggles + 5 optional expressions)
9) Please make your brief and ref as clear and understandable as possible
10) About the refund policy:
+) Refund only when Party A is late on the deadline without prior negotiation with Party B.
+) The remaining cases will not be refunded.
11) Party B needs a deposit of at least 70% to receive the sketch
12) Any modification in the commission after 1 week since Party B received it will be charged an additional fee.
